The handoff gap
Each tool sees part of the work. Important changes need somewhere your team and connected AI can find them.
Old context
The team changed the release plan on Monday. On Thursday, a colleague’s AI still starts from the plan copied into an older chat.
“We changed that on Monday.”
Repeated research
One person finds the answer. The next person uses another tool and starts again, without the evidence or judgment already gathered.
“Didn’t we already look into this?”
Lost handoff
A good brief stays in one conversation. The colleague who needs it next has to ask around, find it, and explain the background again.
“Where did the final brief go?”
One decision, carried forward
The request stays the same. The team updates its release plan, and a connected AI’s next read changes the basis for its work. Explore the four steps below.
Start from the earlier plan
An AI drafts the announcement from the earlier release plan. It focuses on a personal template marketplace, before the team changes direction.
Launch the personal template marketplace
Introducing a new marketplace for your personal templates.
Draft our launch announcement.
Your tools, shared context
Connect supported AI tools to your team Workspace through MCP. Read relevant materials and write useful results back from your existing workflow.

Personal template marketplace: deferred
Bring your team’s work together with shared documents and context.
Read and write within granted access
Connect supported AI tools through MCP. Keep your everyday workflow.
Documents, decisions and follow-up results stay in an editable space. People can inspect and correct them; connected AI can continue from them.
Search for relevant materials and read document sections when appropriate. Existing research becomes a starting point, with original sources available to check.
Access and processing
Know what enters your Workspace, who can access it, and how AI features process it.
Bring in the materials and results your team needs. An MCP connection does not give Corvio access to everyone’s private chats.
Members and connected AI read and modify content within their authorized Workspace and document access.
Corvio does not use customer content to train public or shared foundation models. Cloud AI features may send relevant content to model providers.
Ordinary Workspaces are not end-to-end encrypted. Our privacy and security information explains cloud processing, support access and deletion boundaries.
Start with your team
Choose a task that involves repeated explanations, rework or handoffs. Together, we can check your tools, access needs and ways to evaluate whether Corvio helps.
Bring your team’s work together with shared documents and context.
Draft for team reviewThe Agent writes the announcement back to Corvio. The team can review and improve it, ready for the next task.
No. Corvio connects with supported AI tools through MCP. Members can keep their existing entry points. Connection steps and read/write support depend on the host; see our MCP guide for the current details.
Materials, decisions and useful results return to the same editable Workspace and can inform the next AI task. The aim is to keep work current and continue it, alongside finding the right file.
An AI output should not automatically become an organizational decision. Teams can use documents and discussion to distinguish proposals from agreed direction, and have an authorized person confirm important changes.
An MCP connection does not itself import full chat histories. What enters Corvio depends on user authorization, the host’s capabilities and the calls actually made. Set the sharing scope when connecting.
Avoiding repeated research and reading can reduce consumption, but the result depends on the task, tools and usage. Evaluate output quality, human time and total cost in a real workflow together.
Tell us your team size, tools and a workflow you want to improve. We’ll contact you to discuss a demo or a focused pilot. You don’t need to register or migrate your materials first.
Talk to Corvio
Tell us your team, tools and the handoff you want to improve. We’ll contact you to discuss a demo.
Choose a real task where context gets lost or work repeats.
We’ll discuss supported connections and what your team wants to share.
Compare the quality, time and cost of that workflow.
