How to contact Corvio Support

The fastest support conversation starts with a clear outcome, a reproducible description, and safe context. Signed-in users can create a case in Corvio and continue the same timeline as our team replies from its Feishu workbench.

Create a support case

Open Help in Corvio, choose the closest category, add a short subject, and describe what you expected and what happened instead. You receive a stable case reference that stays with the conversation.

Replies and status changes appear in the case timeline. Our employees handle the same case from a controlled Feishu group; Feishu is the staff work surface, while Corvio remains the case record you can see.

Include context that helps reproduce the issue

Share the page or workflow, approximate time, browser, and the last action before the problem. If an error code is visible, copy it exactly. Explain whether the issue is consistent or intermittent.

Do not send passwords, authentication codes, API keys, connector secrets, full payment card numbers, or confidential document content unless a secure upload flow explicitly asks for it.

  1. Describe the expected outcome.
  2. Describe the actual outcome and exact error text.
  3. Add safe reproduction steps and timing.
  4. Use the same case for follow-up instead of opening duplicates.

Urgent account, privacy, or billing issues

Choose the account, privacy, or billing category so the case reaches the correct handling policy. Mark urgency only when access, data exposure, or an active charge requires immediate attention.

A support case is asynchronous and does not promise 24/7 instant chat. Corvio records every message and status change so the issue can be handed over without losing context.
