Active and derived data

A supported deletion flow removes the active record and queues or performs cleanup for owned search indexes, vector entries, object-storage representations, and caches. Corvio treats embeddings and summaries as derived Customer Content.

Some operational or security records may be retained where necessary to protect the Service, comply with law, resolve disputes, or prove an authorized deletion. Access logs are content-free.

Backups and legal holds

Deleted data may remain in protected backups until the applicable backup cycle expires and is not restored to active use except for disaster recovery. A valid legal hold can delay deletion where required.

Backup encryption and retention settings vary by system and provider. Corvio publishes exact controls or durations only after the relevant production configuration has been verified.

Export and deletion requests

Use available product controls to export or delete supported data. For account-level or statutory requests, contact privacy@corvio.ai from the account email and identify the relevant Workspace without pasting confidential content into the request.
