Current service categories

Corvio uses managed cloud infrastructure for compute, databases, object storage, and related operations; enterprise AI inference services for supported AI features; payment and communication providers for billing and service messages; and carefully scoped analytics or support tools.

Provider names, processing locations, retention, and transfer safeguards can depend on the Corvio deployment and customer agreement. Contact privacy@corvio.ai for the current contractual subprocessor schedule.

Provider requirements

Subprocessors are bound by data-protection and confidentiality obligations appropriate to their role. Corvio reviews access, retention, security, and model-training terms before routing Customer Content to a provider.

Changes

Where a contract or applicable law requires notice of a new subprocessor, Corvio follows the notice and objection process in that agreement before the change takes effect for the covered service.
