Refund Policy
NeoFlux AI Pte. Ltd. (doing business as Corvio)
This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions purchased for Corvio (“Service”) provided by NeoFlux AI Pte. Ltd. (“we”, “us”). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. General Policy
1.1 Subscription fees. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once charged, except where required by applicable law or as expressly stated in this policy.
1.2 Why. Subscriptions provide immediate access to premium features and ongoing service availability, so refunds are limited to prevent abuse and minimize disputes.
2. Eligible Refund Scenarios
We may provide refunds (full or partial) in the following situations, subject to review:
2.1 Duplicate charges. You were charged more than once for the same Billing Cycle.
2.2 Incorrect amount. You were charged an amount materially different from what was presented at checkout (excluding taxes or exchange rate differences).
2.3 Technical billing error. A system error caused an unintended charge.
2.4 Unauthorized transaction. If you believe the transaction was unauthorized, contact us immediately. We may request additional information and may suspend the account to prevent further charges while investigating.
3. Non-Eligible Scenarios
Refunds are generally not provided for:
3.1 Change of mind after subscription activation.
3.2 Partial usage of a Billing Cycle (unless required by law).
3.3 Failure to cancel before renewal. You are responsible for canceling prior to the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
3.4 Account termination for policy violations or abuse.
4. How to Request a Refund
4.1 Contact support. Email support@corvio.ai with:
- Your account email / customer ID
- Payment date and amount
- The reason for the refund request
- Relevant screenshots or receipts (if available)
4.2 Timeframe. Please submit refund requests within 14 days of the charge date where possible.
5. Review and Processing
5.1 Review time. We typically review requests within 5 business days.
5.2 Decision. If approved, refunds are issued back to the original payment method whenever possible.
5.3 Processing time. Refund processing time depends on your bank or payment provider (often 5–10 business days, sometimes longer).
6. Subscription Cancellation vs. Refund
Canceling your subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for past charges unless you meet the criteria in Section 2.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you have a billing issue, please contact us first at support@corvio.ai. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and may result in account suspension during investigation.
8. Legal Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your statutory rights under applicable law.
