Corvio Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs use of the Corvio Service and is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service; capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings in the Terms of Service.

You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to, use the Service in any manner that: (i) violates any applicable law, regulation, court order, or governmental directive; (ii) infringes, misappropriates, or violates any intellectual property right, privacy right, publicity right, or other right of any person; (iii) is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading, including impersonation, phishing, or manipulation of users; (iv) involves unlawful, harmful, or abusive content, including content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, or that encourages violence; (v) involves sexual exploitation, including any content related to minors; (vi) facilitates self-harm or suicide, including instructions or encouragement; (vii) involves malware, spyware, ransomware, or any code designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access; (viii) attempts to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or bypass security controls; (ix) materially interferes with or disrupts the integrity or performance of the Service, including via denial-of-service, abusive automation, or excessive requests; (x) uses the Service to unlawfully collect, scrape, harvest, or infer sensitive information about individuals; (xi) uses the Service for surveillance, profiling, or monitoring in violation of law; (xii) uses the Service to generate or disseminate content that is illegal in the relevant jurisdiction or that materially violates third-party platform policies when exported; or (xiii) uses Output or the Service to create, distribute, or facilitate prohibited weapons, explosives, or other regulated harmful items, or to provide detailed instructions that materially increase real-world harm.

We may monitor for abuse signals and investigate suspected violations, and we may suspend or terminate Accounts, remove Content, restrict access, or report to authorities where required; you agree to cooperate with reasonable investigation requests and to promptly remediate violations.
